When you contact your personalized placement provider, you immediately receive someone who takes the role of getting to know your childcare needs in an effort to find the right nanny for your family. We will first orchestrate a family phone call to get a general idea of what you’re looking for. Currently, no other nanny only places permanent and temporary childcare with a minimum of 35 hours a week.
Our in-home assessments give us a better understanding of you and what your family dynamic is like! We want you to tell us what is important to your family so that we can find you a nanny who has a personality that matches that!
Agreement & Deposit
Because we value your time, we encourage getting things started right after the in-home assessment goes as pleased! Once the deposit is made and agreement is signed, emailed, or text back and received, Nanny interviews and scheduling will begin.
Candidate Interviews Begin
We will send client candidate profiles that best match the description, and schedule of available interviewing day/times. We highly recommend planning out the soonest weekend you have available for at least three candidate interviews to take place.
Trial periods are a great way for clients to get a better feel for the potential nanny they are considering offering the job to. This usually takes about a day for a few hours.
Background Check & Job Offer
You’ve found your nanny like no other, and we are thrilled! Once the candidate accepts a job offer, their background check is submitted, a custom family and nanny agreement is drafted, and the final ½ of placement package will be due.
On-Going Nanny & Family Support
We will be following up bi-weekly in the first month, and on an as-needed basis thereafter to help any way we can!
